RENTAL PERIOD AND VEHICLE RETURN: The rental period starts from the time it was picked up until returned. Late return fee: Php. 200.00 per hour (maximum of 2 hours) otherwise a full 8-hour rate will apply. 2. USAGE RESTRICTIONS: Only the person who signed the rental agreement is allowed to drive the vehicle. Some agreements may restrict where the vehicle can be driven, such as prohibiting travel outside certain areas. 3. LIABILITY: Any damage from road accident/incident occurred during the rental period will be shouldered by the renter. Renter is free to inspect the unit for any existing damage/accessories together with the owner before endorsing the unit and be inspected when returned. The renter is required to inform the owner as soon as possible should there be any damage occurred during the rental duration. NOTE: The vehicle’s side mirror has a power fold feature. Kindly avoid manually pushing it inwards as it may cause damage to the side mirror itself. 4. FUEL: The renter is required to return the vehicle with a full tank of UNLEADED fuel from a gas station near the pick up area. 5. PAYMENT AND DEPOSITS: To confirm the reservation of the vehicle, the renter must deposit 50% of the rental fee which is NON-REFUNDABLE should the renter fail to show up on the reserved date and time. Accepted payment methods are: Cash, Gcash, Bank transfer 6. CARGO AND PASSENGER For safety reasons, only 7-8 people can be on board the vehicle. The renter must not carry any object/materials that can produce a foul smell on the vehicle such poultry animals. NOTE: Please be careful when loading sharp objects as it may damage the seats. 7. CAR WASH A Php. 150.00 Car wash fee may apply depending on the dirt occurred during the rental period and assessment of the owner. 8. RFID The renter must pay the corresponding RFID expenses that will be checked and validated by the owner upon return of the vehicle.
