Driver license requirements

A. Lessee Responsibility It shall be the responsibility of Lessee to pay the Auto Drive Leasing the standard participation fee or deductible in case of damages or accident and Loss or total wreck of the vehicle as shown in table below regardless of who is at fault. Lessee is not responsible for the downtime of the vehicle in case of car damage or repair. Lessee liability is limited only to the participation fee stipulated herein. Note: In case of minor damage to the vehicle that is below the amount of damage deductible stipulated herein, the Drive Auto Leasing shall permit lessee to conduct an emergency repair, parts replacement or installation.
