• Daily charge = regular rental rate per day for each day the car is unavailable due to repair
Note: Foreign driving licenses are valid in most countries including the Philippines for the next 90 days after arrival. After 90 days foreign driving license is required to be converted to the local standard. Remember that if you are planning a long trip!

• The unit is covered with Comprehensive Car Insurance, including Collision, Theft, and Acts of Nature (if applicable).
• Insurance deductible/participation fee will be charged to the renter in case of any accident or damage.
• For accidents caused by driver negligence (overspeeding, drunk driving, hitting fixed objects, illegal parking, etc.), the renter will shoulder full repair cost if not covered by insurance.
• In case of an accident involving another party, the renter must:
– Secure police report
– Take photos/videos of the scene
– Provide driver’s license and relevant details
• Failure to provide proper documentation may result in the renter covering full repair cost.
• If the unit becomes unavailable due to repair, the renter will shoulder the loss of rental income equal to the daily rate for the number of days the unit stays in the auto shop.
• Insurance does not cover personal belongings left inside the car.
