TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. LESSEE is prohibited from a.) letting anybody drive the unit b.) using the unit for practice driving c.) driving the unit outside designated routes which is within Negros Island only d.) loading the vehicle beyond its seating capacity (5 persons including driver). 2. LESSEE is allowed a limit mileage of 250 kilometers a day. Any excess thereafter, renter will pay ₱15/km, excess hours ₱200/hr for sedan and ₱250 for SUV/pick up. 3. In case of cancellation, the lessee will NOT be refunded of the remaining unused hours/days considering that there were possible renters that we already declined. 4. LESSEE pays the insurance participation fee in case of accident or repair and ₱1,500.00 a day for the delay until the unit is ready to operate. Any damages that is not covered by the insurance will be charged to the LESSEE. 5. LESSEE is prohibited from loading the vehicle with illegal elements like prohibited drugs, firearms etc. Also any elements that will cause foul odor like fish, durian, crab, shrimp etc. A charge of ₱1,500 for matting removal & over all vacuum. 6. LESSEE takes the unit in full tank and newly car washed, therefore must return it in the same condition. In the event that the unit was not clean/washed the lessee agreed to pay ₱250.00 for the car wash. 7. LESSOR is not liable to any claims or suit that arises in the event of any form of accidents that may happen involving the renter’s life and state or in cases of vehicular breakdown beyond its control. 8. LESSOR has the right to cancel any transactions in the event of violation in any of the conditions above without refunds as whatever deposits or advance the lessee gave. 9. Smoking and foul odor foods inside the vehicle is not allowed. Please return the vehicle in good condition.
