1. Booking is only confirmed upon 50% down payment and full payment should be made upon pickup/delivery of the vehicle. 2. Down payment is strictly non-refundable. 3. A security deposit of Php1000 is required upon pick up/delivery of the vehicle and will be REFUNDED upon return if there is no damage or missing in the unit. 4. A fine of Php200 per hour will be charged once the rentee is late for the agreed time of return. 5. If the rentee exceeds more than 6 hours, he/she agrees to pay the whole day’s rent. 6. Failure to return the vehicle to an acceptable condition may result in a cleaning fee. The cleaning fee will be determined based on the extent of the cleaning required to restore the vehicle to its original condition. This fee will be deducted from the security deposit. 8. Customers traveling with pets must adhere to the pet policy outlined in this agreement. Pet owners are liable for any damage caused by their pets to the rental vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, tears, or stains. Damages will be assessed upon return, and repair costs will be charged accordingly. Failure to comply with the policy may result in penalty charges. 7. If the engine seal is found to be broken or tampered with upon vehicle inspection at the end of the rental period, a fine of Php 20,000 will be imposed. 9. In case of any accident, collision, or unforeseen event, while the vehicle is in the possession of the rentee, he/she is solely responsible for any damage and shall therefore be liable for the cost of any damage or repair regardless of fault.
