Rules

1.Strictly no smoking policy inside my car ,failure will be penalized amounting one thousand .
2.Must fuel up same level upon return
3. Car to be returned clean ( no garbarge). If returned dirty , a car wash fee will be charged three hundred pesos
4. Pay for new stains and odor found in or out of the vehicle.
5. LESSE must contact the operatior ahead of the time of extending our vehicle to avoid penalties. An extension fee will be charge 350 per hour .
6. Never service/ alter parts withour permission from the owner/ associates .
7.Vehicle to be return to the specified location by date and time specified. There is no grace period on vehicle return . Any vehicle return after the indicated returned time will be charge to the renter at the maximum daily rate.
8. Pay all cost of damage(s) due to accident or negligence with or without the participation of vehicle and towing fee if applicable and must secure a police report of the incident .
9. The rented vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers or property for hire. used to carry passengers or property for hire.
10. Must seek permission in written form / agreement form, for inter - island trip outside cebu province and its nearby provinces. Any violation found the LESSEE will pay the fine of eight thousand pesos.
11. The LESSEE is fully liable to pay all the shipment and/or towing fees of the vehicle back to our garage at portville mactan, lapu lapu cebu phils.
12. Delivery fee and pick up fee will be charged depending on the distance / location.
13. LESSEE acknowledes that all payments made are NON REFUNDABLE . The cancelation fee amounting of one thousand five hundred.

This CAR RENTAL agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to this rental arrangement . No modification to this agreement is made unless in writing and signed by both parties. Any notice required ro be given to another party will be made to the contact information below.
