JANZ Motorcycle Rentals Terms and Conditions By renting a motorcycle from JANZ Motorcycle Rentals, the renter agrees to the following terms and conditions: ⸻ 1. Valid Driver’s License * The renter must present a valid driver’s license before renting any motorcycle. * The license must be appropriate for motorcycle use (Restriction Code / DL Code for motorcycles). ⸻ 2. Responsibility and Liability * The renter is fully responsible for the motorcycle during the rental period. * Any damage, loss, or mechanical issue caused by negligence or misuse shall be shouldered by the renter. * Repair costs, replacement parts, and labor will be charged accordingly. ⸻ 3. Fuel Policy * The motorcycle must be returned with the same fuel level (“return as is”) as when it was rented. * Any shortage in fuel will be charged to the renter. ⸻ 4. Traffic Violations * The renter is fully liable for any traffic violations incurred during the rental period, including but not limited to: * Illegal parking * Overspeeding * Disregarding traffic signs * All fines, penalties, and legal fees shall be paid by the renter. ⸻ 5. Rental Period * The renter agrees to return the motorcycle on the agreed date and time. * Late returns may be subject to additional charges. ⸻ 6. Authorized Use * The motorcycle must be used only by the registered renter. * Subleasing or allowing others to use the motorcycle without permission is strictly prohibited. ⸻ 7. Safety and Proper Use * The renter agrees to use the motorcycle responsibly and follow all traffic laws. * Wearing a helmet is mandatory at all times. ⸻ 8. Accidents and Incidents * In case of an accident, the renter must: * Inform JANZ Motorcycle Rentals immediately * Report to the nearest police station if necessary * The renter remains liable for damages unless otherwise determined. ⸻ 9. Security Deposit (if applicable) * A security deposit may be required and will be returned upon: * Safe return of the motorcycle * No damages or violations ⸻ 10. Agreement * By continuing this booking, you’re agreeing to this document, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.
