1. FULL INSURANCE coverage (damage & loss) for the rented motorbike already included in our rental rate. 2. Two brand new helmets included. 3. Free delivery and pick up upon company working hours (9am-5pm Bali time) 4. Pick-up and drop-off service is free if the location is within Kuta, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Canggu, Denpasar, Nusa dua, Jimbaran, Sanur, Bukit, Ubud. 5. Full rental payment is to be made upon receiving the vehicle on the Bali island. Payment for our rental service should be made in CASH only using USD, EUR, AUD or IDR at the current exchange rate. 6. We dont require motorcycle driving license for all automatic scooters. 7. Minimum rental period of our vehicles is 7 days. We can provide a motorbike or car for a shorter period, but the price will still be for 7 days. 8. Fuel policy: half to half. 9. The renter must provide ID foto, an address or hotel / villa name, time and other details at least 24 hours before delivery. At the end of the rental, we will also collect the rented bike. 10. Unlimited mileage. 11. If cancellation of vehicle rental on the client’s initiative occurs, we return 50% of the amount from the remaining term. There are not returns in following cases: *If you chose the minimum rental period (7 days) *If you chose long term rent with fixed price and decide to cancel after 12 or more days have passed. 12. The renter takes full responsibility in case of damage caused to third parties because of an accident. 13. In case the key of a vehicle is lost the renter must compensate full price of ordering a duplicate. 14. All motorbikes are provided with original registration documents of vehicle. If lost – the fine of 100$ must be paid. 15. It is not permitted to drive our vehicles outside the Bali island. If you are planning a trip to the neighboring islands, it is recommended to leave the bike on a paid parking lot near the bay.
