Rental requirements

1. RENTER is prohibited from a.) letting anybody drive the unit b.) using the unit for practice driving c.) driving the unit outside designated/declared routes only d.) loading the unit beyond its seating capacity. 2. RENTER is allowed unlimileage per day within Batangas (for 1 day renter ONLY) . Additional fee will apply outside Batangas. Excess hours will be ₱200.00/hr. 3. In case of cancellation, the RENTER will NOT be refunded of the remaining unused hours/days considering that there were possible renters that we already declined. 4. RENTER pays the repair fee/insurance in case of accident and its rental fee daily for the delay until the unit is ready to operate. Any damages that is not covered by the insurance will be charged to RENTER. 5. RENTER agrees to deposit his/her driver’s license until he/she settled the full amount of the repair fee. 6. RENTER is prohibited from loading the unit with illegal elements like prohibited drugs, explosives, firearms, etc. Also, any elements that will cause foul odor like fish, durian, crab, shrimp etc., A charge of ₱2,000 for the matting removal and back to zero disinfectant. 7. RENTER takes the unit in full tank and newly car washed, therefore must return it in the same condition. In the event that the unit was not clean/wash, the RENTER agreed to pay the car wash fee of ₱250 for sedan, ₱280 for MPV/SUV/Pick up & ₱350 for the Van. 8. RENTER is not liable to any claims or suit that arises in the event of any form of accidents that may happen involving the renter’s life and state or in cases of vehicular breakdown beyond its control. 9. LESSOR has the right to cancel any transactions in the event of violation in any of the conditions above without refunds as whatever deposits or advance the lessee gave. Note: Foreign driving licenses are valid in most countries including the Philippines for the next 90 days after arrival. After 90 days foreign driving license is required to be converted to the local standard. Remember that if you are planning a long trip! Note: No Smoking - Fine will be ₱5000
