This will be refunded after the unit is returned and inspected, provided there are no damages, violations, or unpaid charges. Fuel and Toll The renter is responsible for all fuel and toll expenses during the rental period. Vehicle Cleanliness The vehicle must be returned in the same clean condition as it was received. Driver Responsibility The renter is fully responsible for the vehicle while in their possession. Please drive carefully at all times. Damages and Repairs Any scratches, dents, accidents, or damages incurred during the rental period shall be shouldered by the renter, including repair costs and loss of income while the vehicle is under repair. Traffic Violations All traffic violations, penalties, and fines incurred during the rental period will be charged to the renter. Valid Driver’s License The renter must present a valid driver’s license and government-issued ID before vehicle release. Authorized Driver Only Only the registered renter is allowed to drive the vehicle unless otherwise approved. Return Time Late returns may be subject to additional charges. Prohibited Use The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, overloading, or subleasing to another person.
