Insurance Conditions for Car Rental 1. Insurance Coverage * The rented vehicle is covered under a comprehensive insurance policy with Milestone Guarranty & Assurance Corp. * The policy includes the following coverage: * Third-party liability * Collision damage * Theft protection 2. Driver Eligibility * The renter must be at least [age, e.g., 21] years old and possess a valid driver’s license . * Only the renter and individuals named in the rental agreement are authorized to drive the vehicle. 3. Deductible / Excess * In case of an accident, damage, or theft, the renter is responsible for paying the full cost of repairs. * If the damage is not covered by insurance (e.g., due to negligence or contract breach), the renter will be liable for the full cost of repairs or loss. 4. Exclusions The insurance does not cover: * Damages caused while driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs * Use of the vehicle in unauthorized or illegal activities * Driving off-road or on unpaved surfaces * Use of the vehicle by unauthorized drivers * Personal belongings left in the car 5. Accident or Theft Reporting * In the event of an accident or theft, the renter must notify the owner and local authorities immediately. * A police report must be filed within [time frame, e.g., 24 hours], and a copy must be provided to the owner. 6. Renter's Responsibility * The renter must take all reasonable precautions to protect the vehicle (e.g., locking doors, parking in safe areas). * The renter is responsible for any damage or loss not covered by insurance. 7. Optional Additional Insurance * Additional insurance (e.g., tire & glass, reduced deductible) may be available at an extra cost and must be agreed upon in writing before the rental begins.
