⚠️ Renter's Responsibilities: 🔸 Insurance Deductible/Participation Fee – In case of a claim, the renter may shoulder the deductible amount (usually based on vehicle value). 🔸 Uncovered Incidents – Damages from negligence, drunk driving, unauthorized drivers, or off-road use are not covered. 🔸 Traffic Violations & Fines – All tickets or penalties incurred during the rental period must be settled by the renter. 🔸 Vehicle Condition – Renters must return the vehicle in the same condition it was released. Pre- and post-inspection is required. 📋 LIST OF REQUIREMENTS FOR RENTERS (SELF-DRIVE) For Clients Who Will Personally Drive the Unit AKM Transport Services – Rent-A-Car & Transport Service To ensure a safe, secure, and smooth self-drive rental experience, please provide the following: --- 🪪 PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION ✅ Valid Driver’s License (Non-Pro/Pro, must be valid for the full rental period) ✅ Secondary Valid ID (any government-issued ID such as: – Passport – UMID / SSS / TIN – Voter’s ID – PhilHealth / PRC / Company ID) --- 📄 SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS ✅ Proof of Billing (electric/water/internet – under your name or with consent letter if under a relative) ✅ Signed Rental Agreement & Waiver ✅ Emergency Contact Person (with contact number and relationship) --- 💳 PAYMENT & SECURITY ✅ Security Deposit (refundable if no damage, violation, or late return) ✅ Full Payment / Down Payment (as required per rental terms) ✅ Payment for Additional Charges (e.g., extended use, fuel, toll, out-of-town fees, etc.) --- 📌 DRIVER ELIGIBILITY ✅ Must be 25 to 65 years old ✅ With at least 2 years of driving experience ✅ No record of major traffic violations or accidents ✅ Must comply with traffic rules and proper vehicle use at all times --- 🚫 NOT ALLOWED: ❌ Subleasing or allowing an unauthorized person to drive the unit ❌ Drunk or reckless driving ❌ Using the unit for illegal activities ❌ Off-road driving unless permitted in writing
