Return The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when it was received, except for normal wear and tear. It must be returned at the designated time, and if it's returned earlier or later, a different rate may apply. Use The vehicle can only be used for personal or routine business use, and only on properly maintained roads. It can't be used for illegal purposes, races, or competitions. The renter is responsible for all tickets, fines, and fees if the vehicle is used illegally. Parking The vehicle must be parked in a secure location with all doors, windows, and trunks closed and locked. Keys The renter must take reasonable precautions to keep the keys safe. Cancellations Once the rental period has started, cancellations and modifications are not accepted, and no refund will be given. Extensions Extensions can be requested, but the rental company may grant or deny them at their discretion. If an extension is granted, a different rate or service fee may apply. Safety The renter and any authorized drivers must use child safety seats and passenger safety restraints when required by law. They must also refrain from using mobile phones or other handheld devices while driving.
