For Local Renter: Must be of his/her legal age to drive and have an LTO license that is legit, must have at least 2 valid government IDs ( Passport, UMID-SSS, and National ID are only acceptable) and Proof of Billing. For Foreigner Renters: PASSPORT with Visa Validity, AEP or ACR, I will be requiring a Security Deposit of 5,000. For any minor damage to the car while on rent, the renter is obliged to pay with the use of the Security deposit. For the major damage, the cost estimation will follow.

Note: Foreign driving licenses are valid in most countries including the Philippines for the next 90 days after arrival. After 90 days foreign driving license is required to be converted to the local standard. Remember that if you are planning a long trip!
