Self-Drive Rental – Key Terms Security Deposit ₱7,500 refundable after rental (1–3 business days). Payment & Cancellation 50% down payment required to confirm booking. Free cancellation up to 48 hrs before pickup. Less than 48 hrs → non-refundable. Remaining balance due at vehicle release. Rental Duration Overtime: ₱350/hour (max 3 hrs). Beyond 3 hrs → charged as 1 full day. Extension must be requested 24 hrs before end time and requires approval. Authorized Driver & Documents Required before release: Passport Valid Driver’s License 1 Primary ID or 2 Secondary IDs 2 Proofs of billing (same address) No original IDs required. Usage Restrictions Personal use only (not for hire/sublease). No inter-island travel. Stay within declared destination. Avoid flooded/rough roads. Follow number coding rules. Fuel & Cleaning Return with same fuel level (₱300 top-up if lower). Non-smoking vehicle → ₱5,000 penalty. Pets allowed in kennel/cage only → ₱3,000 cleaning if needed. Tolls, parking, fuel & flat tires are renter’s responsibility. ₱350 carwash fee if pickup/return outside office. Insurance Basic insurance included → ₱15,000 participation fee. Optional insurance ₱300/day: Reduced participation fee ₱7,500 Includes third-party liability. Accident documents required; otherwise renter covers full damage. Up to 7 days rental fee charged while car is under repair. Additional Fees Lost key → ₱10,000 Lost RFID → ₱5,000 Traffic violations are renter’s responsibility. Early Return Full rental period remains payable.
