1. Two Valid IDs: The renter must present two valid identification documents. require proof of your local address, such as a utility bill or hotel booking.
2. Security Deposit 5,000.00
The security deposit of 5000 pesos is required when renting a car, and it will be returned after you return the unit, assuming there are no issues with the vehicle
3. Validated Facebook Account: The renter must have a validated Facebook account.
4. Fuel Requirement: The motorcycle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when it was rented.
5. Contract: A rental contract must be signed by both parties.
Note: Foreign driving licenses are valid in most countries including the Philippines for the next 90 days after arrival. After 90 days foreign driving license is required to be converted to the local standard. Remember that if you are planning a long trip!

Rental Damage Liability Rules
1. Full Liability: The renter is fully liable for any damages to the motorcycle that occur during the rental period, including but not limited to damages resulting from accidents, drops, or improper handling.
2. Damage Assessment: Any damages will be assessed by the rental company or an authorized repair shop. The renter will be provided with a detailed report outlining the extent of the damage and the estimated repair costs.
3. Repair Costs: The renter is responsible for covering all repair costs, including parts, labor, and any associated fees. The repair costs will be charged directly to the renter.
4. Replacement Costs: In cases where the motorcycle is deemed a total loss or irreparable, the renter will be responsible for paying the full replacement value of the motorcycle.
5. Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required before renting the motorcycle. This deposit will be used to cover any damages, and any remaining amount will be refunded after the final assessment of the motorcycle.
6. Payment of Damages: All damage costs must be paid in full by the renter before the return of the motorcycle. Failure to pay for the damages may result in legal action and additional fees.
7. Insurance: If the renter has opted for rental insurance, the coverage details and deductible will be explained before the rental period. The renter is still responsible for any damages not covered by the insurance policy.
8. Reporting Damages: The renter must immediately report any accidents, drops, or damages to the motorcycle to the rental company. Failure to do so may result in additional penalties.
9. Prohibited Use: The renter must not use the motorcycle in any illegal or reckless manner. Any damages resulting from such use will be the sole responsibility of the renter.
10. Return Condition: The motorcycle must be returned in the same condition as it was rented, except for normal wear and tear. Any discrepancies will be noted, and the renter will be held accountable for damages.
