1. A 5000 baht (or equivalent) refundable security deposit is required upon reception of the vehicle.
2. Driver must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
3. Renter agrees to pay for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, up to and including replacement that is not covered by insurance.
4. Renter accepts full liability for any claims during the rental period.
5. The vehicle may not be taken off the island of Koh Samui.
Note: Foreign driving licenses are valid in most countries including the Philippines for the next 90 days after arrival. After 90 days foreign driving license is required to be converted to the local standard. Remember that if you are planning a long trip!
