EASYRIDE CAR & MOTO RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. A refundable Security Deposit of ₱2,000 and at least two (2) valid government-issued IDs are required before vehicle release. Passport may be required when applicable. 2. Security Deposit and IDs may be retained until all traffic violations, toll charges, penalties, and vehicle condition have been verified and cleared. 3. Before leaving the premises, the renter must take a complete 360° video and photos of the vehicle, including: • Front, rear, left and right sides • Existing scratches or damages • Odometer reading • Fuel gauge level Failure to document the vehicle before departure means the renter accepts the vehicle's condition as released. 4. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as received. Refueling charges will apply if returned with less fuel. 5. The renter is responsible for any damage, accident, loss, theft, missing parts, accessories, keys, documents, tires, rims, or mechanical damage occurring during the rental period. 6. Flat tires, punctures, tire damage, wheel damage, battery discharge due to negligence, towing expenses, and roadside assistance costs during the rental period shall be the responsibility of the renter. 7. The renter is responsible for all traffic violations, parking violations, toll charges, penalties, towing fees, impounding fees, and government charges incurred during the rental period. 8. Only the approved renter may operate the vehicle. Lending, subleasing, or allowing another person to use the vehicle without prior approval from EasyRide is strictly prohibited. 9. In case of accident, theft, flooding, negligence, misuse, unauthorized use, or violation of these terms, the renter shall be responsible for all repair, recovery, replacement, administrative, and loss-of-income costs while the vehicle is unavailable for rental. 10. EasyRide Car & Moto Rental shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss of property, delays, missed appointments, personal expenses, or damages incurred during the rental period. 11. Any false information, fraudulent documents, or misrepresentation provided by the renter shall result in immediate cancellation of the rental agreement without refund. 12. By accepting and using the vehicle, the renter acknowledges that the unit was received in good condition and agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
