- Driver Licensing: The renter and any designated drivers must possess a valid professional driver's license. - Identification Requirements: Two (2) valid forms of identification are required at the time of vehicle pick-up. If there are two designated drivers, each must present a professional driver's license. - Security Deposit (Identification): One (1) government-issued identification card will be held by the owner as a security deposit and returned to the renter upon the satisfactory conclusion of the rental period. - Payment Terms: Full payment for the rental period is required on the day of vehicle pick-up. - Fuel Responsibility: The renter is responsible for ensuring that all gasoline consumed during the rental period is replenished prior to the return of the vehicle. - Vehicle Condition Upon Return: The vehicle must be returned in a clean condition, which includes, but is not limited to, being washed and free of trash. - Liability for Damages and Violations: The renter shall be liable for any and all damages to the vehicle, as well as any traffic violations incurred during the rental period. - Rental Extension Policy: Requests for rental extensions are subject to the availability of the vehicle and must be approved by the owner. - Prohibition of Removal of Items: The renter is strictly prohibited from removing any items or factory-installed accessories from the vehicle during the rental period. Any violation of this term will result in a penalty.
