• A security deposit and valid government-issued ID are required before release of the vehicle. • The amount of the security deposit will depend on the renter’s location and the duration of the rental period. • The security deposit will be refunded once the vehicle is returned in good condition and within the agreed rental period. • Any excess hours beyond the agreed rental time will be deducted from the security deposit. • Two (2) valid government-issued IDs • Selfie photo while holding one valid ID • Proof of billing • The renter must sign a waiver agreement before the vehicle is released. • Any scratches, dents, or minor damages found upon return of the vehicle may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and the renter will be responsible for covering repair costs. • Damages are not covered by insurance and will be charged directly to the renter if applicable.
