The renter must be an adult at least 22 years old. Must produce a legitimate license from the LTO (professional or non-professional). The renter and the rentor will both take a video and pictures of the vehicle before releasing. Fuel must be filled up the same amount it was left by the owner. It must also be car washed upon returning of the vehicle to the owner. Pay first before releasing of the vehicle and the client must deposit 1500 refundable cash.
Driver license requirements
Foreign driving licenses are valid in the Philippines for up to 90 days after arrival. Beyond 90 days, you must convert your foreign license to a local one. Plan accordingly if your stay is longer than three months. It is recommended to carry an International Driving Permit (IDP).
