Rental Terms and Conditions - Please read carefully! 1. Driver Requirements - Renter must possess a valid Philippine driver’s license (or an official international driver’s license if a foreign national). - Only the registered driver(s) may operate the vehicle. 2. Use of Vehicle - Vehicle must not be used for: - Transporting illegal goods or passengers for hire - Racing, off-road driving, or towing - Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances - The vehicle may only be used within Luzon/Visayas/Mindanao unless prior written consent is provided. 3. Fuel Policy - Vehicle will be released with a full tank. Renter must return it with the same fuel level or be charged accordingly. 4. Cleanliness - Excessive dirt, stains, or spills may incur a cleaning fee. 5. Rental Duration & Extensions - Late returns are subject to additional hourly charges. - Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before the original return time and approved in writing. 6. Damage & Liability - Any damage, loss, or accident must be reported immediately. - Renter is liable for damages not covered by insurance, including: Acts of negligence, Damage from unauthorized drivers, Tire, rim, or undercarriage damage from improper use, Deductible and insurance excess will apply for any incident, as stated in the rental agreement. 7. Traffic Violations - Renter is responsible for all traffic fines, penalties, and towing fees incurred during the rental period. 8. Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit of ₱1000 is required upon release. - It will be refunded within 3–5 business days after inspection, provided no damage, penalty, or violation is incurred. 9. Cancellation & No-show - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may be charged up to 50% of the rental fee. - No-show bookings are non-refundable. 10. Insurance Coverage - Vehicle includes basic insurance. Personal belongings inside the car are not covered. - Optional comprehensive coverage may be arranged upon request (extra charge applies).
