Please send destinations when sending booking request. Mileage reminder: • Excess mileage is ₱20 per km. • Unlimited mileage must be selected at the start of the rental and applies daily to the entire rental period only. To rent our vehicles, you must possess a valid driver's license with the appropriate restrictions for at least one year. I prefer you to show another government-issued IDs or a primary ID, proof of billing, & if possible payslip, though alternative forms may be considered. One of the IDs will be retained along with a ₱5000 security deposit, refundable upon the conclusion of your rental. For tourists, we only require a passport check and a photo capture. I will always give it newly washed and just return with same level of gas. RFID balances will be given at the start and end of the rental. Autosweep and Easytrip ready. You agree to be responsible and cover all damages, traffic violations under your lease period.

Driver license requirements

Foreign driving licenses are valid in the Philippines for up to 90 days after arrival. Beyond 90 days, you must convert your foreign license to a local one. Plan accordingly if your stay is longer than three months. It is recommended to carry an International Driving Permit (IDP).

Insurance details:

The vehicle is covered by Comprehensive Insurance, which includes protection against damage or loss resulting from collision, theft, fire, vandalism, and natural disasters such as floods, typhoons, and earthquakes. The insurance also provides Third-Party Liability (TPL) coverage for bodily injury and property damage caused to others, as required by law. Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) is included, providing limited medical and accidental death benefits for the authorized driver and passengers while inside the vehicle. Important Notes for Renters: Insurance coverage is valid only when the vehicle is driven by authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement. The renter is responsible for the participation fee / deductible in the event of an accident or damage, regardless of fault. Insurance does not cover damages caused by reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or use of the vehicle for illegal activities. Loss or damage to personal belongings inside the vehicle is not covered. Off-road use, overloading, or use beyond normal driving conditions may void insurance coverage. The renter must report any accident, theft, or damage immediately to the rental company and local authorities when required. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the renter being held fully liable for all repair, replacement, and related costs.
