To book the vehicle, I will need the following: - Valid Driver’s License - Another valid government-issued ID - One valid ID to be left with me during the rental period - Proof of billing address - Access to the LTMS Portal must be open during vehicle pick-up - A ₱3,000 security deposit is required. This will be used to cover RFID load, any damages, or additional charges, if applicable. Deductions will be made accordingly. Thank you for understanding!

Driver license requirements

Foreign driving licenses are valid in the Philippines for up to 90 days after arrival. Beyond 90 days, you must convert your foreign license to a local one. Plan accordingly if your stay is longer than three months. It is recommended to carry an International Driving Permit (IDP).

Insurance details:

The vehicle has comprehensive insurance. In case of damage, the Lessee must secure a police report, submit a copy of the driver’s license, and shoulder repair costs plus 50% of the daily rate until the car is repaired. A ₱5,000 participation fee per damaged panel applies. In case of loss or total damage, the Lessee is liable for 100% of the vehicle’s current market value. The Lessor is not liable for any damage, claim, or loss arising from the Lessee’s use of the vehicle. The Lessee must use the car lawfully and not for public transport or illegal purposes. The Lessor is not responsible for damages or delays caused by natural disasters or events beyond control.
