Only authorized drivers are permitted; you're reliable for any damages if an unauthorized person drives. You're also responsible for all traffic fines. Accident & Damages: Report accidents immediately. Unauthorized repairs or towing incur a Php 10,000 penalty plus repair costs. You'll cover insurance participation fees and potential additional compensation for damages. Fuel & Cleaning: Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as pickup, or you'll be charged. A cleaning fee applies if the vehicle is returned dirty. (Php300-350).
Driver license requirements
