- Renter must present a valid driver’s license and government-issued ID before vehicle release. - Renter must be at least 21 years old and have sufficient driving experience. - Only registered renters or approved additional drivers are allowed to operate the vehicle. - Vehicle must be returned on the agreed date, time, and location in the same condition as received. - Renter is responsible for fuel, toll fees, parking fees, traffic violations, and other charges incurred during the rental period. - Smoking, illegal activities, and transporting prohibited items inside the vehicle are strictly not allowed. - Any accident, damage, or mechanical issue must be reported immediately to the owner. - Renter is liable for damages caused by negligence, reckless driving, misuse, or violation of rental rules. - Extension of rental period must be approved in advance and is subject to availability. Driver license requirements

Foreign driving licenses are valid in the Philippines for up to 90 days after arrival. Beyond 90 days, you must convert your foreign license to a local one. Plan accordingly if your stay is longer than three months. It is recommended to carry an International Driving Permit (IDP).
