1. Eligibility • Must be 21 years old or above • Must hold a valid Philippine Driver’s License (Restriction Code A or A1 for motorcycle) • Must provide a valid government-issued ID and selfie with ID + motorcycle upon pickup • Foreigners must present an International Driving Permit (IDP) or valid license in English 2. Rental Use • Motorcycle shall be used only within Luzon and not for illegal racing, stunts, or reckless driving • Strictly no subleasing or transferring to another rider • Maximum of one rider and one passenger only (as allowed by the motorcycle type) 3. Fuel Policy • Renter must return the motorcycle with the same fuel level as when received • Penalty: Fuel cost + ₱150 service charge if returned under-fueled 4. Damage and Accidents • Renter is fully liable for: • Any physical damage, scratches, or broken parts • Towing fees, repair costs, and parts replacement not covered by insurance • In case of an accident: • Immediately report to the owner and nearest police station • Secure a Police Report and Insurance Certificate of Cover • Do not settle privately without owner’s approval 5. Theft or Loss • Renter is financially responsible for full replacement of the motorcycle if lost due to: • Negligence (e.g., leaving key on ignition, unguarded parking) • Unauthorized third-party usage • Failure to return on agreed time and location 6. Late Return • ₱150 per hour for late return (up to 3 hours) • Beyond 3 hours, full day charge applies • Notify owner in advance for any delays 7. Helmet and Accessories • Motorcycle comes with 1 helmet and 1 phone holder (if available) • Loss or damage to accessories: • Helmet: ₱800 • Phone holder: ₱300 8. Violation and Impound • Any LTO traffic violation fines during rental period shall be paid by the renter • If motorcycle is impounded, renter must pay for all penalties, towing, and retrieval costs 9. Cancellation Policy • 100% refund if cancelled 48 hours before pickup time • 50% refund if cancelled 24 to 48 hours • No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours or no-show 10. Agreement and Liability Waiver By signing or agreeing digitally, the renter acknowledges: • Understanding of all terms and insurance limitations • Full responsibility for the use, safekeeping, and timely return of the motorcycle • That the owner is not liable for any personal injuries or criminal liability arising from misuse
