Motorcycle Rental Terms & Conditions 1. Eligibility • Renter must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. • A government-issued ID must be presented before release of the motorcycle. 2. Rental Period • The motorcycle is rented for the agreed date and time only. • Late returns may be charged additional fees. 3. Payment & Deposit • Full rental payment and security deposit must be paid in advance. • The deposit will be refunded after inspection, less any charges for damage, loss, or violations. 4. Use of Motorcycle • Motorcycle must be used responsibly and only on legal roads. • No racing, off-road abuse, illegal activities, or subleasing allowed. • Only the registered renter is allowed to operate the unit unless otherwise approved. 5. Safety Requirements • Wearing a helmet is mandatory. • Renter must follow all traffic laws and regulations. • The owner is not liable for injuries, accidents, or legal violations. 6. Damage & Loss • Renter is fully responsible for any damage, theft, or loss during the rental period. • Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit or charged accordingly. 7. Breakdown & Accidents • Any accident or mechanical issue must be reported immediately. • The motorcycle must not be repaired without owner approval. 8. Fuel Policy • Motorcycle must be returned with the same fuel level as received. 9. Cancellation & Refund • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before rental start. • No refund for early returns or no-shows. 10. Agreement By renting the motorcycle, the renter agrees to all terms and accepts full responsibility during the rental period.
