Rental Rules : 1. International Driving Permit (SIM) Required for Foreign Citizens and Indonesia SIM For Indonesia Citizens 2. The Rental price does not include insurance, if there is damage to the car & bike, it is the responsibility of the tenant 3. Car & bike rental for 24 hours, more than 24 hour additional charge 10% per hour, and more than 5 hour including paying for 1 days 4. Full day tour is 8 until 10 hours, more than 10 hours addtional charge 10% per hour 5. Full responsibility to the driver if you rent a car with a driver 6. Tenant's full responsibility in the event of vehicle damage, if the car & bike is not driven on the road (beach, field, etc.) 7. It is the full responsibility of the tenant if giving permission to drive a vehicle to somenone other than the tenant 8. If there is damage to the vehicle due to an accident, it is the full responsibility of the renter and the tenant must pay the full fee for Vehicle In Workshop 9. Tenants are not allowed to take the car & bike out of the island without the approval of Amerta Bali Rental 10. If the tenant removes the vehicle registration certificate (STNK) he will be subject to a fine of Rp. 1.500.000 11. If the tenant loses the vehicle key, a fine of car Rp. 1.500.000 & bike 1.000.000 and keyless of car Rp. 4.000.000 & bike Rp. 2.000.000 12. If the tenant removes the vehicle equipment will be subjected to a fine of Rp. 1.000.000 13. Rent cancellation fee of 50% rental price and fuel filled in by the tenant will not be refunded 14. Tenats are required to leave their identity and make payent up front 15. The provisions above may change at any time according to the agreement at the beginning
