Car Rental Requirements 1. Valid ID • Must present at least one government-issued ID (e.g., Passport, Driver’s License, PRC ID, UMID, etc.). 2. Age Requirement • Renter must be at least 21 years old. • Must have a valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type. Passengers – Only the allowed number of passengers per vehicle can ride. 3. Booking & Payment • Advance booking required. • Payment is required before or on the day of rental (cash, bank transfer, or app payment if available). 4. Security Deposit • Nonrefundable if cancel booking. • Deposit amount may vary depending on the vehicle type. 5. Fuel Policy • Vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up. • Additional charges apply if fuel is not refilled. 6. Car Wash / Cleaning Fee • A cleaning fee of ₱250 applies upon return. 7. Vehicle Use • Renter agrees to use the vehicle responsibly and safely. • No off-road, illegal, or reckless use. 8. Damage & Accident Policy • Renter is responsible for any damage or loss not covered by insurance. • Any accidents must be reported immediately. 9. Driver Options (if applicable) • Self-drive or with driver (additional fee may apply for driver). 10. Return Policy • Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date and time. • Late returns may incur extra charges.
