MOTORCYCLE RENTAL REQUIREMENTS & TERMS FOR RENTERS I. RENTER QUALIFICATIONS 1. Must be at least 18 years old above (as per local regulations). 2. Must present a valid government-issued driver’s license with motorcycle classification. 3. Must provide valid identification (passport, national ID, or postal ID) and proof of source of income and proof of billing were addressed same on government issued ID. 4. Must be physically fit and free from impairments that could affect safe driving (intoxication, unmanaged medical conditions). 5. Must be able to provide a security deposit (1500 cash or valid credit card hold) which will be refunded post-inspection if no damage/loss occurs. II. DAMAGE & LOSS TERMS 1. Renter’s Responsibility: The renter is fully liable for any damage to the motorcycle, its parts, or accessories, as well as loss of the unit or any items provided with it – whether caused by the renter’s negligence, misuse, unauthorized use, or accidents where the renter is at fault. 2. Pre-Rental Inspection: A mandatory walk-around inspection will be conducted with the renter before handover. Both parties will document existing damage (scratches, dents, mechanical issues) on a checklist and sign it to confirm. 3. Post-Rental Inspection: The motorcycle must be returned in the same condition as documented during pick-up (excluding normal wear and tear approved by the rental owner). Any new damage or missing items will be assessed, and costs will be deducted from the security deposit. 4. Cost Coverage: If repair costs or replacement value exceed the security deposit amount, the renter will be responsible for paying the remaining balance within a specified period (typically 3-5 business days). 5. Unauthorized Use: Damage or loss resulting from use by an unlicensed person, or use outside agreed routes/conditions (off-road riding without prior approval), will result in full liability for all costs plus additional penalties. 6. Insurance: Insurance is included in the rental fee. Optional comprehensive insurance to cover damage/loss to the motorcycle is available for purchase at an extra cost. III. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS - Renters must follow all traffic laws and regulations while operating the motorcycle. - The motorcycle must be returned on the agreed date and time; late returns may incur extra charges and affect damage assessment timelines. - No modifications to the motorcycle are allowed without written consent from the rental owner
