Rental Payment – Full rental payment must be settled upon vehicle turnover unless otherwise agreed. Contact Information – Active mobile number and complete contact details are required. Authorized Driver – Only the registered renter and approved additional drivers may drive the vehicle. Rental Agreement – The renter must read, understand, and sign the rental agreement and its terms and conditions. Vehicle Inspection – The renter must inspect and acknowledge the vehicle’s condition before departure. 📌 IMPORTANT The renter is responsible for the vehicle throughout the rental period and must return it in the same condition as received, subject to normal wear and tear. Driver license requirements

Foreign driving licenses are valid in the Philippines for up to 90 days after arrival. Beyond 90 days, you must convert your foreign license to a local one. Plan accordingly if your stay is longer than three months. It is recommended to carry an International Driving Permit (IDP).

🚗 INSURANCE CONDITIONS Valid Driver’s License Required – The renter must present a valid driver’s license before the vehicle is released. Authorized Driver Only – Only the renter and officially declared/authorized drivers may operate the vehicle. Accidents & Damage – Any accident, collision, theft, or damage must be reported to Book to Wheels immediately and, when required, to the proper authorities. Renter’s Responsibility – The renter may be responsible for the applicable deductible/excess and any damage not covered by the insurance policy. No Unauthorized Use – Insurance coverage may be void if the vehicle is used for racing, reckless driving, illegal activities, towing, or other prohibited purposes. Drunk/Dangerous Driving – Damage resulting from driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or from reckless driving, may not be covered. Negligence – Lost keys, incorrect fuel, tire damage, interior damage, and damage caused by negligence may be charged separately. Personal Belongings – Insurance does not cover loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Insurance Limitations – Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limits of the vehicle’s actual insurance policy. Inspection – The vehicle will be inspected and documented before and after the rental period. Any new damage may be assessed and charged accordingly.
