Car Rental Terms and ConditionsToyota Raize G - Book2Wheels By renting the Toyota Raize G, the Renter (hereinafter referred to as "the Renter") agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Identification and Documentation Requirements The Renter must surrender a valid government-issued ID before renting the vehicle. Accepted IDs include: Passport Driver’s License National ID (PhilSys ID) Social Security System (SSS) ID Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) ID Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID) Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID Voter’s ID Postal ID Senior Citizen ID OFW ID Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) ID The Renter must also provide proof of billing (e.g., electricity, water, internet, credit card bill) with the same name and address as declared in the driver’s license. If the Renter and the Driver are different individuals, both must surrender their valid IDs and proof of billing. 2. Driver Restrictions Only the person listed as the Driver in the rental agreement is allowed to drive the vehicle. The driver must have a valid Driver’s License with restriction code B (for light vehicles). The maximum passenger capacity is 4 passengers plus the driver (5 people in total). 3. Security Deposit A ₱5,000 refundable security deposit is required before renting the vehicle. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the car, provided there are no damages, no missing items, and the car is returned in clean condition. 4. Fuel Policy The Renter must return the car with the same amount of fuel as when it was rented. If the fuel level is lower, the Renter will be charged accordingly. 5. Cleanliness Responsibility The Renter must return the car in the same clean condition as received. If the exterior is dirty, the Renter must pay for a car wash. If the interior is dirty or stained, the Renter must pay for a deep cleaning service. 6. Prohibited Activities No smoking inside the vehicle. No drugs or illegal substances allowed inside the vehicle. No reckless driving, off-road driving, or illegal activities using the vehicle. 7. Additional Driver If the Renter adds an extra driver on the rental platform, the Renter is responsible for providing them with meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). 8. Liability for Damages and Accidents The Renter is fully responsible for any damage, dents, scratches, or physical harm to the car during the rental period. In case of an accident, the Renter must cover all repair expenses unless covered by their personal insurance. The Renter is responsible for any traffic violations, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period. By renting this vehicle, the Renter agrees to all the above terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, legal action, and forfeiture of the security deposit. 1. Late Return Policy: The renter must return the car on or before the agreed time. Late fees apply at a rate of ₱500 per hour beyond the agreed return time. More than 12 hours late? It will be considered unauthorized use, and legal action may be taken. 2. Traffic Violations & Fines: The renter is fully responsible for any traffic violations, parking tickets, and towing fees incurred during the rental period. Any violations not settled will be charged to the renter, including penalties and processing fees. Off-Road Driving & Restricted Areas: The rental car CANNOT be used for: Off-road driving Racing or reckless driving Transporting illegal goods Driving into areas prone to flooding or severe road damage If the car is damaged due to reckless driving or off-road use, insurance will not cover it and the renter will pay for full repairs. 3. GPS Tracking & Unauthorized Use: If the car is equipped with GPS tracking, unauthorized use (such as driving in restricted areas) may lead to automatic termination of the rental agreement. If the car is reported stolen or used illegally, the owner will immediately report it to authorities.
