Eligibility: Renters must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Philippine driver’s license with LTO portal QR Code and Proof of Billing. Renter: Must surrender 1 primary Govt issue ID. (Passport, PRC, SSS, UMID, National ID/PhilSys, Rental Period: The rental duration starts at the agreed pick-up time and ends at the agreed return time. Late returns may incur additional fees of Php 250.00 per hour. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required before the vehicle is handed over. This will cover any damages or violations during the rental period. Security Deposit Php 5,000 before we proceed to your booking date, time and place. Vehicle Use: The vehicle must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes. No off-roading, racing, or towing is allowed. Also vehicle must return in clean condition or you will be charge Php250.00 for carwash fee. Fuel Policy: The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Otherwise, refueling charges will apply. Damage and Repairs: Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period. Any mechanical issues caused by misuse will be charged to the renter. Insurance: The vehicle comes with Third-Party Liability (TPL) insurance. Renters are responsible for any damages not covered by TPL. Traffic Violations: Renters will bear the cost of any traffic violations or fines incurred during the rental period. Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time may be subject to a cancellation fee of Php 1000.00. Return Condition: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, clean and without damage. We will using your security deposit to charge any possible damage.
