🚗 IMPORTANT: Renter Responsibilities & Rental Guidelines To ensure a smooth and safe rental experience for everyone, please take note of the following terms: 📌 Renter Responsibilities 🛠️ Damage Liability: The renter is fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle, including dents, scratches (even minor ones), flat tires, lost accessories, or major repairs. ⛔ No Water Transport: Transporting the vehicle via ferry, boat, or aircraft is strictly prohibited. A penalty of ₱10,000 will apply for violations. ⛽ Fuel Return Policy: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when released. Refueling charges apply for shortfalls. 🔧 Repair Costs: If repairs are needed due to renter-caused damage, the renter will cover the full cost plus the equivalent daily rental rate for days the unit is unavailable. ⏰ Late Return: Overtime charges apply at ₱250 per hour beyond the agreed return time. 🔑 Lost Key Policy: Lost keys must be replaced by the renter, along with a ₱3,000 inconvenience fee. 🚭 No-Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the vehicle is not allowed. A ₱3,000 cleaning fee will apply for violations. 🚙 Vehicle Usage: Vehicles must be used for legal purposes only and driven responsibly at all times. 🛡️ Per Panel Scratch Policy: A charge of ₱7,000 per panel applies for any visible scratches or damage. 🪪 ID & Documentation Requirements A valid driver’s license must be presented before rental. One (1) valid government-issued ID must be surrendered as security. The renter must agree to photo and video documentation with the vehicle at pick-up. A signed rental agreement is required before the car is released. ⚖️ Liability & Legal Compliance The Lessor is not liable for accidents, injuries, or third-party damages during the rental period. The renter assumes full responsibility and agrees to comply with all traffic laws.
