REQUIREMENTS: 📍Driver's License 📍Copy of VALID IDs 📍Deposit 1 VALID GOVERNMENT ID 📍Pay as you rent 📍w/ Vehicle Rental Agreement TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Including applicable additional charges) • Always carry your valid Driver’s License when operating the vehicle. (NO DRIVER’S LICENSE, NO DRIVING.) • Only the renter or the authorized driver is allowed to operate the rented vehicle. • Fuel is not included in the rental fee. • The vehicle must be returned to Sogod, Southern Leyte only, unless otherwise agreed upon by both the renter and the owner. • The vehicle must be returned on time as per the agreed rental duration. • Excess usage will incur an extra charge: Motorcycle: 150cc – ₱80/hr; 125cc – ₱60/hr Car: ₱150/hr • CLEAN-TO-CLEAN policy applies: The vehicle must be clean upon return. If not, a cleaning fee will be charged: Motorcycle: ₱70 Car: ₱250 • FULL TANK TO FULL TANK: Fuel level (Unleaded/Green) upon return must match the level upon release. If the fuel is not full upon return, a charge per fuel level bar will be applied: Motorcycle: ₱30 per bar Car: ₱300 per bar • NO SMOKING inside the vehicle. If any traces of smoke (smell or residue) are found, a ₱500 fee will be charged for Bac to Zero treatment (for cars). • Only one back rider is allowed on a motorcycle. • DO NOT USE the vehicle for illegal activities or in the commission of crimes. • NO DRUNK DRIVING. This is punishable by law and may result in the revocation of your driver’s license. • In case of accidents, misfortunes, or damage while the vehicle is in the renter’s possession (e.g., flat tires, falls, scratches, collisions, or any other incident), the renter is fully liable for all damages — civil or criminal — including repair costs. • If there are any scratches on the vehicle (especially cars), the renter will be charged ₱2,000 per affected panel, or they may choose to have the repainting done at an approved repair shop of their choice. • The renter is responsible for all collision damage to the vehicle, even if caused by another party or if the cause is unknown. This includes covering the full cost of repairs up to the total value of the vehicle, along with any towing, storage, or impound fees

Driver license requirements

Foreign driving licenses are valid in the Philippines for up to 90 days after arrival. Beyond 90 days, you must convert your foreign license to a local one. Plan accordingly if your stay is longer than three months. It is recommended to carry an International Driving Permit (IDP).
