The Renter agrees to pay the rental fee of PHP ___________. The Renter agrees to return the vehicle in its current condition (minus normal road wear-and-tear) to the Owner on the return date and hour, with {fuel expectation}. If the vehicle is returned with insufficient amount of fuel, additional charges will apply to refill the vehicle's tank. ● The Renter acknowledges that he/she will be held accountable for the FULL VALUE of the vehicle regardless of fault. Whatever damages in the rented vehicle is the Renters responsibility to fix/restore/replace back to original, including cleaning fees. The Renter has had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle before the renting term begins and confirms that it is in good operable condition. The Renter is also free to turn the vehicle in at {other locations}. The Renter agrees that failure to return the vehicle on the agreed time will allow the Owner to charge them 250.00 for every succeeding hour. The Renter understands that the vehicle is for use only in _______________________ and cannot be taken ___________________________. The Renter swears and attests that {he/she} has a legal, valid license to drive this type of vehicle in this {state/country}, and that there are no outstanding warrants against said license. The Renter’s driver’s license is: ______________________. The Renter further swears and attests that {he/she} has insurance that will cover the operation of this vehicle. The Renter agrees not to allow any other person to drive the vehicle, except for authorized drivers listed and approved here. ______________________: _______________________. The Renter agrees to use the vehicle only for routine, legal purposes (personal or business). The Renter further agrees to follow all city, state, county, and government rules and restrictions regarding use and operation of the vehicle. The Renter agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, and release the Owner for any damages, injuries, property loss, or death caused while the Renter operates this vehicle. The Renter agrees that if the rented vehicle has been lost/car nabbed or in any case the renter can’t return the vehicle then the Renter is responsible for the whole amount of the rented vehicle, based on the selling price of the vehicle at the time of loss/accident. If the rented vehicle has been totaled where it has been damaged severely that it can’t be fixed, the Renter will be held responsible in paying the whole amount of the rented vehicle based on the selling price on the time of the accident/police report date. The Owner swears and attests that the vehicle is in good working order and has no liens or encumbrances. The terms of this contract commences from the date of the DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE of the vehicle to the Renter and ends on the date specified. Such Delivery and Acceptance Date for all purposes are all conclusively presumed to be the actual, true and correct date of Delivery and Acceptance by the Renter. In case of termination/cancellation of this contract agreement by the Renter before the agreed end date of this contract, the Owner has all the rights to forfeit any amount unused or paid by the Renter as it will fall as penalty and damage to the Owner by the Renter.
