Renter must have a valid driver's license and can rent self-drive. Additional fee applies for rental with driver. Vehicle is allowed for driving within Bacolod City and the province of Negros Occidental. Driving outside the province requires the owner's approval. The renter shall bear all risks for any accident, death, injury, loss or damage sustained during the rental period. Any violation of the terms and conditions, and applicable rules or laws, the owner shall hold the renter liable. Security Deposit: Cash Php2,000 refundable if vehicle is returned without loss or damage, and 1-valid government ID to be returned after the renter is cleared of all responsibilities. Additional service with a fee: airport delivery - Php100 each pick up and drop off; option to hire a driver with a daily minimum of Php800, depending on travel destinations. Rental is non-refundable and non-transferable. Rebooking and cancellation fees shall apply.
