Rental requirements

Eligibility: Renters must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and ID. All drivers must be listed in the agreement. You need to deposit a one valid id. Rental Time: Late returns are charged ₱200/hour. Over 4 hours late = ₱1,200 extra. Extensions must be requested in advance. Prohibited Use: No illegal use, drunk/drugged driving, off-roading, or commercial transport. Location & Fuel: Use is limited to Cebu unless approved. Unauthorized travel = ₱2,500/day. Return fuel level must match starting level; otherwise, refueling fees apply. Payments: Rental Fee: Paid upfront Deposits: ₱2,000 (accident, refundable) + ₱500 (booking, non-refundable) Cleaning Fee: ₱300 Extra charges must be settled after return if they exceed the deposit. Violations: Customer is responsible for traffic fines and tolls. Accidents: Must be reported immediately. Customer pays for damage unless covered by insurance. Cancellations: 48+ hrs: No fee (₱500 deposit non-refundable) 24–48 hrs: 50% of rental fee or ₱500 <24 hrs: ₱500 flat fee
