Renter must be at least 20 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. A security deposit may be required prior to the rental and will be refunded after the vehicle is returned in good condition. The vehicle must be used for lawful purposes only and driven by the authorized renter. Late returns may incur additional charges. The renter is responsible for any traffic violations, toll fees, fuel usage, and damages incurred during the rental period. Smoking, illegal activities, and misuse of the vehicle are strictly prohibited. The vehicle must be returned on time, in clean condition, and with the agreed fuel level. Failure to comply with these terms may result in additional fees or penalties.

Driver license requirements

Foreign driving licenses are valid in the Philippines for up to 90 days after arrival. Beyond 90 days, you must convert your foreign license to a local one. Plan accordingly if your stay is longer than three months. It is recommended to carry an International Driving Permit (IDP).

This vehicle is covered by Third Party Liability (TPL/CTPL) and Comprehensive Insurance. Insurance covers damages due to accidents, theft, and third-party liability, subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. In the event of any damage or accident, the renter is responsible for paying the participation fee/deductible as required by the insurance policy. Any damages caused by negligence, reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or use outside agreed terms will not be covered by insurance and will be fully charged to the renter. The renter must immediately report any incident and provide necessary documentation such as police reports when required.
