If the vehicle is damaged or in an accident: • Inform the owner immediately and submit a police report & photos within 24 hrs. • Renter shoulders repair cost, participation fee, towing, and related expenses. • While the car is in repair, a ₱_____ per day loss of income fee applies. • No unauthorized repairs allowed. • Reckless or drunk driving voids coverage; renter pays full cost. • Renter must allow inspection and declare any damage before deposit release. • Failure to declare damage may result in deposit forfeiture.
