CAR RENTAL INSURANCE CONDITIONS The renter must have a valid driver’s license and be legally allowed to drive. The vehicle may only be driven by the renter named in this agreement. No unauthorized driver is allowed unless approved by the owner. Any accident, damage, scratch, theft, loss, or incident involving the vehicle must be reported immediately to the owner, within 24 hours. The renter shall be responsible for any insurance deductible/participation fee in case of an accident or insurance claim during the rental period. Insurance coverage shall not apply in cases involving: Driving without a valid driver’s license Driving under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs Reckless or negligent driving Illegal activities or unauthorized use of the vehicle Allowing another person to drive without the owner’s permission The renter shall be responsible for any traffic violations, fines, towing charges, penalties, or damages incurred while using the vehicle. Any repair cost not covered by insurance due to negligence, misuse, or violation of this agreement shall be paid by the renter. The owner reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if any condition is violated.
