Note: Foreign driving licenses are valid in most countries including the Philippines for the next 90 days after arrival. After 90 days foreign driving license is required to be converted to the local standard. Remember that if you are planning a long trip!

The bike is insured in case of total loss. However minor damages if any will be deducted from the security deposit.

- Transportation, Hotel and Restaurants or other service and assume no responsibility in connection with injury damage loss, loss of life, accident or delay resulting or directly or indirectly from an act of God, break down in machinery or equipment hostilities, civil disturbance, epidemics, and the GILGIT BIKERS will not be liable to pay the amount to concerned individual or tourist. The program organizer shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the members of the tour as a result of any of forgoing clauses. The program organizer reserve the right to accept or refuse or retain as a member of the group or cancel the tour and their liability will be limited to the full refund of the amount received. The program organizer has the right to change tour programs if necessary.
