The renter is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the vehicle during the renting period. -- The Vehicle may only be used for lawful purposes and must not be used for: • Commercial purposes or transporting goods. • Off-road driving or racing. • Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other illegal substances. • Violating traffic laws or using the Vehicle in a reckless or dangerous manner. • Subletting or allowing others to operate the Vehicle without authorization. • Smoking in the Vehicle. • Carrying pets (unless pre-approved by the Owner). The Vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as when rented, and any equipment provided must be returned in good condition.
