Renter accepts full responsibility of the motorcycle on the whole rental period. b. In case of Damage, Renter agreed to pay cost of repair regardless of cause. c. In case of Lost, the renter agreed to pay the units current market value d. Incase of accident and another party is involve and responsible /at fault for the cause of accident. Renter must contact owner and report the incident The renter must do the following: . Take pictures (Front, Back and Side of Vehicle Road must be visible) . Photocopy of OR/CR of vehicle involved . Photocopy of License and Identification Card of the party involve . Photocopy of insurance of vehicle involve . Secure a Police Report. Renter is the only authorized driver and confirms in possession of a Valid Driver's License. Renter will pay for all fines and penalties to any traffic violation committed during rental period. Renter is responsible to return as much fuel in the Tank as when received. Renter agreed to return the Car on time. Renter must provide 3,000 for security deposit.

Driver license requirements
