Driver license requirements
Foreign driving licenses are valid in the Philippines for up to 90 days after arrival. Beyond 90 days, you must convert your foreign license to a local one. Plan accordingly if your stay is longer than three months. It is recommended to carry an International Driving Permit (IDP).

Liability:
The Renter acknowledges that Otto Garage and its associates shall not be liable for any
damages or injuries incurred during the rental period. The Renter agrees to assume full responsibility for any damages to the rented vehicle and any resulting injuries.
In the event of an accident, the Renter must immediately contact the Company and file a police report.
The Renter agrees to cooperate fully with the Company and authorities in the investigation.
Security Deposit:
The Renter shall provide a security deposit, which shall be used to cover any damages to the vehicle.
The security deposit will be refunded upon return of the motorcycle in its original condition, less any applicable charges (exceeding miles, rental extension)
