MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. The renter must present a **valid driver’s license** before renting the motorcycle. 2. The renter must be of **legal age** and capable of driving responsibly. 3. The motorcycle must be used only for **lawful purposes**. 4. The renter is responsible for the motorcycle from the time it is released until it is returned to the owner. 5. The renter must return the motorcycle in **good condition**, with all parts complete. 6. Any **damage, loss, or missing parts** during the rental period shall be shouldered by the renter. 7. In case of an accident, the renter must inform the owner immediately and cooperate in settling the matter. 8. The renter must not use the motorcycle for **racing, illegal activities, or overloading**. 9. The renter must not allow another person to drive the motorcycle without the owner’s permission. 10. Fuel expenses during the rental period shall be the responsibility of the renter, unless otherwise agreed. 11. The renter must return the motorcycle on the agreed **date and time**. Late returns may be charged with an additional fee. 12. Rental fees are **non-refundable** once the motorcycle has been released, unless cancelled by the owner. 13. The owner shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the renter’s misuse or negligence. 14. The renter agrees to follow all **traffic rules and regulations**. Any violation, penalty, or fine incurred during the rental period shall be the responsibility of the renter. 15.
