1. Rental Requirements -Renter must be at least 18 years old. -Renter must possess a valid driver's license applicable for motorcycle use. -Renter must present at least one (2) government-issued ID upon pickup. -Only the registered renter is allowed to operate the motorcycle. 2. Rental Period -Rental starts and ends on the dates agreed upon in the booking. -Late return beyond the agreed end date will incur additional charges (will be charged the next full day rate). 3. Rates and Payment -Full rental fee must be paid before the motorcycle is released. -Fuel policy: Motorcycle must be returned with the same fuel level as at release. 4. Usage and Restrictions -Motorcycle is not allowed to be used for racing, off-road, or any illegal activities. -Renter must operate the motorcycle responsibly, following all traffic laws and regulations. -Sub-renting or lending the motorcycle to others is strictly prohibited. 5. Condition and Damages -Motorcycle will be released in good condition; any existing damages will be noted prior to release. -Renter is responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs during the rental period. -In case of an accident, renter must immediately notify the owner and local authorities. Police report may be required.
