Rental requirements

1) Renter must be 18 years old and above with a valid Philippine Driver’s License (Non-Pro/Pro). 2) Must provide 1 government-issued ID for verification. 3) Security Deposit: ₱3,000 (Refundable if no damage, violation, or missing items). 4) Vehicle must be returned at the agreed return time. Late Return Fee: ₱300 per hour. 5) Return fuel level must match the fuel level at release. 6) A cleaning fee of ₱300 will be charged for car wash. 7) No Smoking, No Eating, and No Alcohol consumption inside the car. 8) Strictly no drinking and driving. If the renter drives under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances, the renter will fully assume all legal, financial, and civil liabilities for any incident, accident, or damages. 9) Any traffic violations, toll fees, parking fees, or towing during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility. 10) The vehicle must not be used for racing, stunt driving, off-road use, or any illegal activities. 11) Do not overload the vehicle beyond passenger or cargo capacity. 12) Any damage, interior stains, missing accessories, or issues not covered by insurance will be charged to the renter. 13) Renter must inform the owner immediately if there is an accident, damage, breakdown, or dashboard warning lights. 14) No sub-renting or lending of the vehicle to another person not listed/agreed. 15) Owner reserves the right to cancel or refuse release if renter fails verification or does not meet requirements.
