Rental requirements

Renter must be an adult - Must present a valid driver’s license - Must surrender a valid primary government-issued ID (e.g., Passport, PRC, UMID) - Must provide a recent proof of billing (e.g., utility bill, credit card statement) - Only the Renter is allowed to drive unless written approval is given by the Owner - Must agree to the terms and penalties in the rental contract - Initial RFID Balances (Easytrip / Autosweep) must be reimbursed after rental - Non-refundable rental fee paid upon pickup - Late return penalty: ₱200/hour - Must return the vehicle with the same fuel level - Renter shoulders all fuel and toll expenses - Must reimburse any RFID toll deductions during the rental - Renter is fully responsible for any loss, damage, or theft - Responsible for all traffic violations and fines, including NCAP In case of damage: - Police report, driver’s license copy, and participation fee required - Without report: renter pays 100% repair cost + daily rental fees - Repair shop is chosen by the Owner (CASA or third-party) - Flat tires: renter pays for repair but must inform the owner - Lost/damaged keys: ₱7,500 fee - Cleaning fee for excessive dirt/mess
